That decisiveness in service of belonging makes you the glue; people know exactly where you'll stand. But you'd defend your tribe to a fault — and call it a virtue. Your blind spot is Groupthink fused with Authority Bias and the Bandwagon Effect: your certainty comes entirely from belonging, not from having checked whether the position is actually true. So you'll plant the flag and hold the line on something you never independently vetted, and the loyalty will feel like integrity the whole time — which is exactly what makes it hard to catch. The tribe being wrong doesn't register as a possibility, because checking would feel like betrayal. Your conviction is real. Its source is a room, not the facts — and the day the room is wrong, you'll be its loudest defender.
